How long until I receive my order?

  • During our normal business hours we usually ship in-stock items within 24-48 hours. Inventory is updated from our warehouses to our website nightly. Some items may have to be shipped directly from the Manufacturer, which can take 3-5 days. We will contact you if your order will be delayed. If you have any concerns please don't hesitate to contact us.

How do I track my order?

If you created an account during checkout, you can login to check the status of your order in you account. If you did not create a customer account you can visit our order tracking page. You will need your order number (Starts with 19) and the e-mail address you used during checkout.

What is your return policy?

We're committed to your total satisfaction. You may return your items within 30 days of their delivery. Please follow the instructions below.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be in brand new condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must include all parts, pieces, and manuals.
  • Items cannot be assembled or used in anyway.

Please note: failure to meet one or more of these qualifications may result in a reduced refund, or your return may be refused completely with no refund issued.

Restocking fees are typically not applied, however, in some cases a restocking fee not to exceed 30% will be withheld from your returned merchandise total. Shipping costs are non-refundable

How will you ship my order?

We ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. We have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. When your order ships, we will notify you via email, included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online. Most shipping companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.
