Call us or chat with us and you are probably talking to Dylan or JP, but yea sometimes we use pseudo names to keep things interesting. How fast do you ship?

Most of our items ship within a day and are delivered in three. Check out our entire shipping policy here.

How do I track my order?

We provide order tracking every step of the way. You can visit our order status page at any stage to check your shipping and delivery date. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with the carrier tracking information.

Do you charge sales tax?

As required by law, we charge sales tax on orders shipping within certain states. If your order is shipping within one of these states, sales taxes will be calculated during checkout.

Where do you ship from?

We call Texas home, but we have a nationwide distribution network to get your order to you as fast as possible. Once your order is submitted, we will automatically choose the closest warehouse to you to fulfill your order. This gives us an average delivery time of 2.5 business days.

What is your return policy?

Most items we sell have a 30 day return window. To initiate a return, please use our returns page located here. You will need your order number and email address that was used to place your order.

To ensure a smooth refund process, please make sure of the following before requesting a return:

  • The item should be in its original box and original packaging.
  • The item should not have been assembled, installed or used.
  • The product should be returned with all of its parts and manuals.
  • The product should not have been registered with the manufacturer.


Should the return not meet any of these guidelines, the return amount may be reduced or the return may be refused with no refund.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. We will refund your order total, less our costs for shipping and handling each way. For items that shipped free or under our flat rate, our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returns and refused packages could incur up to a 20% re-stocking fee; over sized items, products over 149 lbs. could incur an additional 20% restocking fee.
