Been homebrewing for over 35 years and like many people started out in glass carboy's, plastic buckets and some of the new novel devices put out. The past 5 years has been strictly Big Mouth bubblers. I like how easy they are to clean but 3 months ago I had one just let go for no reason 2 days into a ferment. The side just blew out. So I bought this to replace that glass fermenter and happy I spent the money on it. Works as described if not better, very easy to clean and sanitize, quality built. Makes transferring to kegs a snap and easier to keep the trub in the bottom of the fermenter with the rotating racking cane. No more siphoning. I will be getting 2 more rather quickly to replace the other 2 glass fermenters. I do 15 gallon batches and ferment in 3 different fermenters for the ease in moving things around and these are much easier and safer to move then glass for sure.
